Mike Williamson is the author and publisher of Building Your Marriage Upon the Rock––the in-depth solidly biblical premarital workbook that pastors and counselors across the country are using as their primary resource for preparing couples for marriage. Couples themselves are finding it to be a wealth of information and a great resource to help them prepare for marriage.

Mike and his wife, Jewel, began doing premarital mentoring at Calvary Chapel Boise, ID. They then became the leaders of the premarital ministry. During that time they took more than fifty couples through the church’s premarital course.

Upon moving to Oregon, Mike began searching for a more in-depth workbook than what they had been using. Not finding one he began to work on his own premarital workbook––adding many things that other workbooks left unaddressed. The result has become the most in-depth no-fluff premarital workbook available.

Mike and Jewel continue to do premarital and marriage mentoring at their church in Portland, OR. He is available to meet with pastors and church leadership to help implement effective premarital ministries and to hold seminars about marriage and premarital ministry.
